June 17th, 2019 – The Union Gospel Mission of Yakima is facing a lawsuit over allegations a male employee repeatedly sexually abused a little boy in the mid-1990s. The lawsuit says the employee groomed the boy for sexual abuse â€”Â starting when he was nine-years-old â€” and that the abuse took place at the mission itself.
September 15th, 2017 – The News Tribune reached out to attorney Ashton Dennis for comment on a recent lawsuit against the Bethel School District. WLC is currently representing the student’s family.

November 23rd, 2014 – Attorney Ashton Dennis is representing Mr. Jonte Willis for his alleged lengthy pre-trial confinement against his Constitutional Rights. The State was ordered to provide Mr. Willis a mental-health competency evaluation following his arrest and instead chose to lock him in solitary confinement where his condition deteriorated.
