David M. Rodstein focuses his practice on Washington Workers’ Compensation Law and has a considerable background with Social Security matters. He has worked as an Assistant Attorney General for both the States of Washington and Arizona, as well as an Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration. He has conducted numerous trials, written appellate briefs, and helped advise judges. During law school, he externed for the Chief Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals, John C. Gemmill.
David received his Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University, Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, in 2009 with the highest pro bono distinction. He received his Bachelor’s degree from University of California- San Diego, graduating early with a double-major in Philosophy and Economics.
